We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a dazzling shopping experience with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.
If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.
Engraved items and Special order items are Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Note: If you chose any shipping method other than FREE SHIPPING during checkout, your shipping fee will not be refunded.
Returns are Inspected and Processed within 7 Business Days.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
